Concierge-Temperature testing, Reception & After Hours Ward clerk duties
6:15am to 9:15am and other shifts
Orbost Regional Health is seeking the services of an enthusiastic and committed employees to join our Reception/ Ward Clerk Team.
The concierge role will involve temperature testing and screening everyone who enters ORH for coronavirus risk factors. It also involves maintaining a register of all staff and visitors who enter Orbost Regional Health.
The reception role includes the provision of telephone, receipting and support services to consumers and staff whilst providing a welcoming and supportive environment for all attending ORH.
The After Hours ward clerk will play an important role within the existing Ward Clerk team by providing administrative support to the on call General Practitioner (GP) when the GP is attending for Urgent Care Centre presentations under the guidelines of this program; together with ward clerk duties as required.
Training will be provided with an opportunity for skill development.
