Finance Manager (Accountant) Full Time – 12 months Fixed Term

Orbost Regional Health is seeking applications from individuals to fulfil the role of Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will provide leadership, support and assistance to the Orbost Regional Health (ORH) Executive and Board of Directors in maintaining and developing the ORH financial controls, reporting, budgeting and management processes and systems.

Successful applicants must possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in accounting preferred
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial plans and reports
  • Execute and input to the financial strategy of ORH
  • Manage financial controls and accounting procedures
  • Manage business risks
  • Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are achieved
  • Manage all tax and associated legal requirements for the business including the preparation of all tax documentation
  • Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of ORH
