The table below is a forecasted list of procurement activities to be conducted by the Orbost Regional Health over the next 12 month period. This is made available to suppliers to provide visibility of the upcoming procurement opportunities.
Opportunities will be listed here as they arrive.
Orbost Regional Health has a specific procurement complaints management process, which assists in providing suppliers with assurance that there is an appropriate mechanism in place to raise their concerns. The process is shown in the diagram below. All complaints will be handled in a consistent, fair and transparent manner.

What do I need to include?
The following needs to be included in the complaint submission:
- A clear written statement regarding what you consider was unsatisfactory in the procurement process
- Copies of, or references to, information to support the complaint
- A statement regarding what you wish to achieve as an outcome from the complaint process
