Executive Assistant (CEO)

Full Time 

ORH are seeking interest to fulfil the role of Executive Assistant (CEO). The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high‑level, confidential, and proactive support to the Chief Executive Officer of Orbost Regional Health and works closely with the Board of Management. This role ensures the CEO can operate at a strategic level by managing priorities, coordinating communication, and maintaining the smooth and effective functioning of the CEO’s Office.

 

Position overview and responsibilities:

  • Provide business support to the Chief Executive Officer as directed.
  • Provide administrative support (including but not limited to: prepare agendas, attend and take minutes; seek reports; and follow up actions as required, coordination of Executive calendars, receptionist duties, coordination of the Annual Report, Annual General Meeting etc)
  • Board Secretariat duties
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and Publisher
  • Some out of hours required for monthly meetings
