Infection Prevention and Control Aged Care Clinical Lead

Part Time 0.2 EFT 

The Infection Prevention and Control Aged Care Clinical Lead is to provide dedicated support and expertise to ensure high quality infection prevention and control policies, procedures and practices within the Aged Care Service at ORH are implemented, maintained to the level required and continuously improved. This role will be a dedicated point of contact for Infection Prevention in residential Aged Care and work collaboratively with the ORH Infection Prevention and Control Clinical Nurse Consultant to achieve best practice infection prevention control in our Aged Care facility.

Successful applicants must possess:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
  • Completion or working towards the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission’s (ACQSCs) IPC Lead Interim Training via Alis.
