Neighbourhood House Support Worker

42 hours per fortnight

(Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Orbost Regional Health is seeking applications from individuals to fulfil the role of Neighbourhood House Support Worker. This position is to provide assistance to visitors to the house, administrative support, volunteer coordination and contribute to the fundamental processes of being a community minded center.

Successful applicants must possess:

  • Customer service experience
  • Administrative/reception experience
  • The ability to work independently and productively in an active environment.
  • The ability to operate a variety of devices and portals effectively to support client inquiries
  • The ability to be resourceful and present unique solutions in challenging situations
  • A friendly and helpful personality that actively contributes to establishing an inclusive and safe environment for all visitors to the Orbost Neighbourhood House.
