Residential Care Nurse Unit Manager

Orbost Regional Health is seeking applications from individuals to fulfil the position of Residential Care Nurse Unit Manager. The Residential Care NUM will provide leadership in all aspects of partnering with residents in their care, including; client relations, staff scheduling, oversight of the delivery of safe and high-quality systems, ensuring compliance with current residential care governance, assistance in staff development and performance review and response to complex issues that arise in the residential care facility.

Successful applicants must possess:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Postgraduate Diploma in gerontology nursing or equivalent (or working towards)
• Demonstrated relevant management experience, including sound financial, human resource and strategic management skills.
