Physical Health and Rehabilitation

Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise

One-one-one and group sessions for people recovering from a cardiac procedure or who have been diagnosed with a heart condition.

Cardiac rehabilitation usually starts in hospital, but continues after you’ve left under the close supervision of our Cardiac Nurse, Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist.

Cardiac rehabilitation can be daunting, but it is safe and your program will be suited to your ability.

It is an important part of your recovery to keep you out of hospital and reduce your risk of death from heart conditions.
