Supported Playgroup Facilitator - Casual

Orbost Regional Health (ORH) is seeking a casual Facilitator for supported playgroups. 

Supported Playgroups are usually attended by families until their children start primary school.

The Supported Playgroups aim to strengthen parenting skills and the parent’s confidence supporting their children's development.

Facilitators deliver an evidence-based smalltalk program both in the playgroup and through parent coaching in the homes of eligible families.

Successful applicants must:

  • Attend paid training with accommodation in Melbourne on 22-23 April 2024 or 7-8 May 2024.
  • Obtain a Victorian Working with Children Check.
  • Possess a current Driver’s Licence.
  • Demonstrate initiative to facilitate playgroups with minimal direct supervision.
